Day 2 2. Mumbai Darshan With Imagica (Approximately 90 KM /2 Hr)

Transfer from hotel in Nashik to hotel in Shirdi, en route enjoy a sightseeing tour of Nashik (Private).
Today, after breakfast, check out and proceed to visit Sula Vineyards, a winery and vineyard located in the Nashik region, 180km northeast of Mumbai. It was founded by Rajeev Samant in the year 1998 and is India's most popular winery.
Later, visit the Sundarnarayan Temple, which was built by Gangadhar Yashwant Chandrachud, in the year 1756 and has been erected in the obeisance of Lord Vishnu. The architecture of the temple is a masterpiece and perfect example of the temple art culture of India. This temple in Nashik is a visitor's delight. Also, visit Sita Gufa, a complex of caves located in the place called Panchwati, where Rama, Sita and Laxman are believed to have stayed during their period of exile. This cave of religious significance and a pilgrimage spot is a popular place for visitors.

Visit the Shirdi Sai Baba Samadhi Temple (Private)
Later in the evening, visit the most famous temple of Shirdi Sai Baba, a popular pilgrimage centre. This shrine for the renowned saint of the 19th century was built by Gopalrao Buti, a multimillionaire, who intended the structure to be a rest house for the saint. The temple attracts millions of devotees of all religions, castes and creed who come to pay homage to the saint.

Shingnapur Temple and village that have a number of mysterious legends attached to it. Known to be the residing place for Lord Shani, the temple has no sanctum. This Hindu God symbolising planet Saturn is referred to as Swayambhu, which means that he has emerged himself in the form of the black stone with no architectural beauty and just the simple stone with a spiritual aura.

Day 4. Shirdi With Aurangabad

Embark on an excursion to Ajanta Caves (Private).
Today, proceed on an excursion to Ajanta Caves - a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Aurangabad. These caves are dated back to the 4th and 5th century BC and are the finest examples of artistic sculptures found in India. Ajanta consists of thirty caves with rock cut temples dedicated to the life of the Buddha. One can shop for the famous Himroo shawls and Paithani sarees on the way.

Day 5. Mahabaleshwar

Enjoy a city tour of Aurangabad (Private).
Today, after a scrumptious breakfast, proceed on a full day city tour of Aurangabad.
Visit Ellora Caves, a World Heritage Sitebuilt by the Rashtrakuta dynasty. Dating back to a period between the 6th and 10th century AD, these caves are the zenith of rock cut architecture, carved on the vertical facade of the Charanandri Hills.
Later, visit the Siddharth Garden and Zoo, a popular tourist spot in Aurangabad, which is beautifully designed housing a wide variety of trees and shrubs. It allures tourists from all over the city and the country. The zoo consists of wide open spaces, towering trees of different varieties and animal enclosures in the midst of the city.
Also, visit Panchakki, otherwise known as the water mill which was built in the 17th century by Baba Shah Musafir. It is one of the few places that are calm and peaceful in
Aurangabad which helps to visualize the life that existed during the medieval period in India. The mill was used to grind grains for the people who lived in the area, the disciples of the saint Baba Shah Musafir whose dargah lies adjacent to the Panchaki and the troops of the king who would come here to rest.
Thereafter, visit Bibi Ka Maqbara, also called the 'Dakkhani Taj' which was built by Azam Shah, son of Aurangzeb in 1678 AD in memory of his mother Rabia. The monument built in black marble, bears a striking resemblance to the original Taj Mahal's design.
Lastly, visit Daulatabad Fort, an ancient fortification that rises formidably from the midst of verdant greenery. Often hailed as one of the 'seven wonders of Maharashtra', this architectural marvel is believed to have been built in the12th century. The fort is 200 feet high and is built on the top of a pyramid shaped hill. It was later renamed as Devgiri.
